I’ve already posted a couple of times about the Stargate return. Now, there’s the Firefly return. I don’t know what year this is and I have no clear concept of what’s going on in the real world (but I don’t think it’ll help with temporal location anyway). I am stupidly happy about this and beyond stupidly happy that it’s going to be animated. When the rumors about a big announcement were just starting up, my secret wish was that it would be an animated series, because then they could bring back Wash and Book.
I think it would’ve been amazing if it could’ve been the studio behind Archer. That style would blend so well with Firefly and the humor would be eternally quotable.
This isn’t a complaint, though. Not at all. I’m really looking forward to it. Especially since the only involvement Whedon will have is having given his blessing.
I’m also stupidly happy because people seem to really like my writing. That still doesn’t mean you’ll get to read any of it. I mean maybe. Possibly.
