Random Happens

I’m thirty-seven years old. I’ve known about my seafood allergy since I was probably three-years-old or so. You would think that by now I would have learned about staying out of places where there’s seafood. Like work cafeterias on Fridays during Lent. I ended up just getting a bottled soda out of fear of cross-contamination. Unfortunately the line for the register was right up to the hot food counter/grill, which meant the smell of fish was pretty strong. Yes, I am that allergic. I’ve taken a half dose of Benadryl and will now spend the rest of the day hoping that it doesn’t give me The Streetcorner Nods.

Random Happens Short, strange, and usually not very practical. I don't know if we're describing this page or the author.
